How much do
you charge?
£34.00 per hour. (Compare that with 50p/min or £1/min help lines where
you get no one on site!)
What if it
only takes half an hour?
The minimum charge is one hour. Charging is then made in half hour
intervals.
*No Fix, No
Fee?
That's right. Here's how it works...
You are only charged if we are able to provide a fix.
If we don't know how to fix your PC then you wont be charged a penny.
Not even for the callout.
If we are able to diagnose and fix the problem but you choose not to go
ahead with the work, then you will still be charged.
The No Fix No Fee policy does not apply to virus or spyware problems.
Is there a
callout fee?
No. You only pay for our time on site.
What are the
terms for payment?
We accept cash, cheques, credit & debit cards and Paypal.

Payment is due at the end of the engineer's visit unless otherwise agreed.
Do I have to
bring my PC to you?
No. We will visit your home or office and fix the PC on site.
It may occasionally be beneficial for us to bring your PC back to our
workshop and we will then deliver it back to you. What areas do
you cover?
We are based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. We will cover surrounding
villages anywhere within
a 30 mile radius of the city centre. |

Are you
qualified?
Patrick is a certified hardware engineer and has been trained in the repair
and upgrade of desktops and laptops. Patrick has several years
experience in the IT industry specialising in PC hardware and software
repair and support. His BA (hons) degree specialised in End User
Support. Patrick began his home visit business in 2002.
Do you support
Macs?
Yes! We now have a dedicated Mac engineer that specialises in all
things Apple including iPhone configuration.
Do you repair
laptops?
We fix software related problems on laptops. For hardware problems
we recommend that you contact a laptop specialist or your laptop
manufacturer.
Do you repair
printers?
We carry out software related
repairs to printers - driver and/or installation problems, however, we do
not repair printer hardware or mechanical failures. We can supply
new printers (which is much more economical that repairing them!)
You don't
answer your phone!
Sorry, I don't employ call centre staff (that's how we keep our prices so
low!) so if I am unable to answer your call
